Festivus is the un-conference for entrepreneurs who skip badge-scan theater. The point is quality connections, an unbeatable setting, and genuine fun — peer energy, real playbooks, and a weekend people still talk about.

No flashy networking parties with music blasting. Fellow operators trading ideas. Then the mountain, the sun, or whatever room is honest that year.

The years

This site holds the public archive: Miami LIVE in 2021, the first Sun Valley year in 2022, and year two in the snow in 2023. Recap films, stills, and the 2023 gathering notes live here so the room is easy to find again.
